Autumn is a time of change and transition. A time when nature sheds its dry and brittle shell, preparing for hibernation during the winter months. We too go through a similar shift, and are drawn to turn inwards. Autumn brings with it the opportunity to reflect, to harvest the abundance of summer and evolve in your life. Give yourself a weekend in the picturesque mountain valley that will generate a new state of inspiration and harmony.

Kristen Beaulieu will guide you through daily Hatha  and Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation practices that will nurture your senses, calm your mind and entice your soul. Supported with optional guided walks and plenty of personal time, you can give yourself the well deserved break you have been longing for. The very talented and an amazing source of bright light Lauren Sanchez will be beautifully guiding our you in a post Yoga Nidra Art Journaling workshop. This work will be a rich compliment to the deeply restful and nourishing practices of the retreat.
