Classes are in-person and online, held at a variety of different studio and community locations, so click on a class for all the important info. If you prefer to practice from the comfort of your own space (hello, pajamas!), I’ve got you covered with online classes held over Zoom. Restorative Yoga
A well-rounded Yoga practice that brings it all together—asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. It’s the good ol’ all-in-one package, suitable for everyone, whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned yogi.
This one’s all about movement. Whether gentle or a little more intense, flow practices move you through asana in sync with your breath. If you’re after something a bit gentler, it’s perfect for all levels. But if you want to ramp it up, be prepared to work up a sweat (maybe bring a towel). Some previous experience is helpful for the more vigorous sessions.
Pure relaxation. This gentle, long-hold practice uses props to support your body in each asana. It’s like a big, cozy hug for your nervous system, helping you sink into deep states of relaxation and healing.
Seniors Yoga
Vinyasa
Yin Yoga
Open to everyone, no matter your mobility level. In these classes, we guide you through gentle postures and breathing exercises. Every posture has options to suit your energy and mobility, and we even use chairs for support (if that’s your thing). No pressure, just peace.
A dynamic, flow-like practice with a traditional sequence of postures. Move with your breath, build some heat, and unlock your muscles and connective tissue. It’s a bit more intense, so while all levels are welcome, some Yoga experience could help you keep up with the flow.
Slow and steady. In this long-hold practice, each pose is held for an extended period to help lengthen connective tissue and reach deeper into those muscle fibers. It’s about giving your body time to release and open up.
Yoga Nidra
Pure blissful stillness. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice where you drift into a state of deep relaxation, allowing your body and mind to reset completely. Perfect for when you need to switch off and just “be”.
