It’s about reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, balancing your energy (prana), and restoring harmony within. Through tailored guidance and practices, I help you explore the flow of prana in your system, addressing blockages and imbalances that may affect your physical, mental, and emotional health.  

At the heart of Integrative Yoga is the profound philosophy of Yoga. I see you as a whole being—body, mind, and spirit, all interconnected. Drawing from these teachings, I work with your energy centers (chakras), your subtle body, and the flow of prana to restore balance and promote healing. Through this process, I help you invite more clarity, calm, and vitality into your life, aligning your energy with your true self.
