This 4-hour Restorative Yoga workshop is designed to give students a profound understanding and experience of relaxation. We’ll begin with a gentle conversation about what rest truly is, why it matters, and how we can create space for it in real and sustainable ways. Then students will be guided through a 2-hour deeply restful practice using supported
postures, breath awareness, and stillness. Open to all levels and all bodies.
“Rest is not a retreat but a profound return to our inner strength.”
Judith Hanson Lasater
