The Art of Teaching Rest
Rest is not a luxury. It’s a necessary and transformative act of healing—and restorative yoga offers a profound way to share that with others.
This 20-hour teacher training gives you the tools and experience to teach restorative yoga skillfully and confidently. Whether you’re a yoga teacher, therapist, or healer, you’ll learn how to create accessible, nourishing spaces for your students to slow down and restore.

Sacred Rest
The Power of Deep Rest
In a world that never seems to slow down, Restorative Yoga invites you to hit pause—to soften, breathe, and let go. This practice uses supportive props to cradle the body, allowing tension to melt away and the nervous system to shift into a state of deep relaxation. The result? Stress release, better sleep, and a profound sense of renewal. More than just rest, it’s a radical act of self-care—an opportunity to truly connect with yourself, find stillness, and restore from the inside out.
For the Seeker, the Teacher, and the Rest-Curious
Whether you’re a yoga student craving deeper self-care, a yoga teacher looking to expand your offerings, or health professional, this training welcomes you. If your intention is to bring more balance to your own nervous system or to share the gift of rest with others, you belong here. Step into this experience and discover the power of deep rest, both for yourself and your community.
